4  SLICES BACON GRILLED

½ TEASPOON SALT

¼ TEASPOON WHITE GROUND PEPPER

2 TEASPOONS UNSALTED BUTTER

2 TEAPOONS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

¼ CUP FRESH CREAM

1 CUT  THE CROISSANT IN THE MIDDLE
2 IN A LARGE BOWL BREAK THE EGGS, MIX WITH  SALT , PEPPER AND FRESH CREAM
3 HEAT AN EGG PAN WITH BUTTER AND OIL
POUR THE MIXTURE INTO THE PAN ,COOK QUICKLY FOR 2 MINUTES
4 FILL THE CROISSANTS WITH  SCRAMBLED EGGS DECORATE WITH  GRILLED BACON
