2 OUNCES RED BEANS IN BRINE
2 OUNCES CHICKPEAS IN BRINE
2 OUNCES SWEET CORN IN BRINE
2 BOILED EGGS 10 MINUTES
2 OUNCES FRESH THINLY SLICES CUCUMBER
Dressing Ingredients
1 TABLESPOON EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
ΒΌ TEASPOON SALT
1/8 TEASPOON WHITE PEPPER
2 TABLESPOOONS FRESH LEMON JUICE
2 TABLESPOONS YOGURT

In a large bowl,mix salad ingredients together dressing ingredients.
Serve immediately with toasted bread.
