1 lb Crushed Ice
6 Oysters
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
6 Myrtle Leaves
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

1 Wash the oysters
2 Crush the ice in a bowl
3 Open the oysters and place them on an ice tray ,add the lemon juice, chopped myrtle leaves and pepper
4 Marinate for 10 minutes and after are ready to serve
