6 Oysters
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
½ Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 oz Bread Crumbs
2 Teaspoon Parsley Fine Chopped
2 Red Chili Peppers to decorate

1 Wash the oysters
2 Open the oysters and place them on a baking dish
3 Strew the bread crumbs on the oysters ,add the parsley,the oil and pepper
4 Bake for 5/7 minutes ,just the time to gratin them
5 To serve hot
